    American Propaganda, identity
American Propaganda is the United States sibling of FRAME. The header mark is FRAME's wordmark, with the words American Propaganda set beside it.

The public name is American Propaganda. The host is americanpropaganda.org. The publisher of these essays is AXIA Enterprises. The catalog of objects and the image files are FRAME's, at propagandaarchive.org.

The header mark is the FRAME wordmark, used as the archive uses it, with the expansion line "American Propaganda" beside it. It is not a claim that this site is propagandaarchive.org. Color and type follow the archive's page chrome so a reader can see the family resemblance. Poster art is not part of the identity system and is not stored in this repository.

## Design tokens

Read this block programmatically. The build reads the colors, font stacks, and sizes from the site stylesheet, so this block cannot drift from what the pages use.

## Logo

The mark is FRAME's wordmark: the word FRAME between four corner brackets. On the page the brackets take --logo-red and the letters take --ink, so the letters turn light in dark mode. The site name sits beside the mark as a small uppercase expansion line, "American Propaganda", set in the body sans. Do not recolor the brackets, stretch the mark, or set the word in another face. The archive's separate full lockups are not copied here; they are on propagandaarchive.org.

## Favicon

Every page declares the SVG icon with <link rel="icon" type="image/svg+xml"> and a 180 x 180 PNG as the Apple touch icon. The web manifest lists the SVG and 192 and 512 pixel PNGs. The build also writes /favicon.ico for clients that request it by path.

## Color palette

The site follows the reader's system preference, and the header toggle can override it. --accent is the one interface accent; --logo-red is reserved for the wordmark brackets.

## Typography

One sans stack carries headings and body; a monospace stack carries code and some labels. The first family in each stack is used when it is installed on the reader's device. The site downloads no web fonts, so it makes no request to a font host. Headings are set at normal weight; buttons and labels use 600.
